The Center for Professional Studies (CPS) has successfully delivered a specialized training program in Effective Mentoring and Coaching for supervisors at HPW Fresh and Dry Company Limited in Adeiso, Eastern Region, Ghana. 

Driving Productivity Through Mentoring

The initiative was designed to strengthen leadership capabilities at the supervisory level by equipping participants with practical, evidence-based strategies to guide, support, and develop their teams. Through interactive sessions, real-world case studies, and group discussions, participants delved into how intentional mentoring and coaching can drive productivity, improve employee engagement, and strengthen a culture of continuous learning within the workplace.

Leading the training were facilitators from CPS: Mr. Kwaku A. Nuamah, Dr. Jojo Lartey, and Dr. Patricia Muah. Their combined expertise in leadership development, human resource management, and organizational behaviour ensured a dynamic and impactful learning experience tailored to the operational context of HPW Fresh and Dry.
