How many times do you Admit Students in a year?

Heritage opens admission twice in a year. January and September each year.

What are the cut-off points for admissions to Heritage?

Aggregate 36 or better in WASSCE/SSSCE Credit passes in Core Math’s, English, Science/Social Studies (where applicable) and three electives are eligible for undergraduate programs.

Can I continue to Heritage from an institution in Ghana or outside Ghana?

Yes. Heritage welcomes transfer students once official transcript from your previous institution is submitted. My WASSCE/SSCE results are not in, can I still apply?

Yes. You can apply as “awaiting results” applicant and update your results once they are released.

What do I do after making payment of fees?

Visit the Accounts office of Heritage for an official receipt then proceed to the Admissions Office for registration.

Can students of Heritage apply for Student Loan?

You may not need to re-apply. Contact the Admissions Office for further details.

I have gained Admission can I change my programme?

Yes, you can apply for a change of programme through the Academic Office, usually before registration or within the first few weeks of the semester.

Please, I want the account number for undergraduate fees?

Contact the Accounts office or check your admission letter for official bank details.

I got admission to Heritage but couldn’t come this semester. Do I need to reapply?

You may not need to re-apply. Contact the Admissions Office for further details.

I offered Business, Visual Arts, Tech, Home Economics, General Arts, can I offer IT?

Yes. As far as it meets the entry requirement of Heritage.

What are the documents required when filling in application forms online?

You will need your results or certificate and a valid passport picture.

What are the required documents for Nursing and Midwifery Students?

Wassce results/ Certificate Biometric Birth Certificate National Identification Card/Health Insurance International Passport (Non-Ghanaian Students) Note: Students with name inconsistencies will need to provide a Gazette.

Who are those eligible for mature entry?

Applicants that are 25 years or above.

Can Mature applicants apply for Nursing and Midwifery?

Mature applicants can’t offer Nursing and Midwifery through mature entrance exams.

How much is the Hostel Fee?

Hostel fees (Per Semester) – excluding electricity
6 in a Room – Gh¢ 3,000
4 in a Room – Gh¢ 4,000
2 in a Room – Gh¢ 8,000
