2025 Startup Challenge Gets Underway with Design Thinking

Fifteen international coaches from Germany, Switzerland, the U.S.A, Montenegro, and other countries teamed up with local junior coaches for “Impact Week Ignition 1.0”; a design thinking process to sharpen ideas for Heritage’s 2025 Startup Challenge.

CEPE and Lufthansa Group Collaboration

Hosted by the Centre for Entrepreneurship, Philanthropy, and Ethics (CEPE) in collaboration with Lufthansa Group’s Impact Week, the one-week session pushed teams to rebuild their ideas around real user needs and not just assumptions.

Creating Consumer-Centered Solutions

Through interviews, prototyping, and constructive feedback, participants refined their business ideas to be truly consumer centred. The result: stronger, clearer concepts in areas like sustainability, ethical tech, and inclusive services.

CEPE’s Commitment to Real Problem-Solving

The exercise is part of the CEPE’s commitment to sponsoring real problem-solving ideas as startups in the 2025 Startup Challenge.
