Bachelor of Laws

Overview

The HCU LLB programme provides innovative ways to promote legal education that will expose students to various avenues of legal practice and career paths, and not limit them to litigation as the principal means of legal practice. Heritage Law also aims at preparing their students to acquire the opportunity to practice in other jurisdictions and with international organisations. This way, students trained at HCU will not lack opportunities to put their knowledge to good use.

Programme Objectives: The programme aims to equip graduates with broad knowledge, skills, and attitude in law practice that will make them competitive in legal and justice administration. Graduates will be well trained to pursue higher and distinguished legal professions in providing legal support services to individuals and organisations. The entrepreneurial and technological infusion will also equip graduates to pursue or advance consultancy and business development services.
