Heritage Christian University (HCU) is exploring a strategic partnership with Swisscontact Ghana, Chance for Children, and HPW to pilot a dual vocational training model for Ghana’s food and beverages sector. The model would combine accredited classroom instruction with workplace-based learning, aimed at boosting youth employability and closing critical skills gaps in the industry.

The partners are working on the necessary agreements, including a Memorandum of Understanding and a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Subject to approval, the pilot is expected to launch in the third quarter of 2027 with about 100 trainees.
