Overview
The Master of Arts in Organisation Development and Consulting (MAODC) at Heritage Christian University is a one-year programme designed to empower consultants, trainers, and organisational leaders with advanced skills in organisation development, change management, and consulting to enhance organisational efficiency and adaptability. Delivered through a blended learning approach, it equips graduates to drive transformational change and foster high-performing teams in the public and private sectors.

Learning Outcomes:
The programme duration is one year (full-time), comprising two semesters with a minimum of 15 credit hours per semester. Lectures are scheduled for weekends and evenings to accommodate working professionals.
Who can Apply?
Applicants must have a good first degree or its equivalent in any field, with at least a third class from a recognized university, supplemented by two years of relevant work experience for third-class degree holders. Professional qualifications such as CIHRM, ACCA, ICA (Gh), CIMA, CIM, ICSA, or CIAMC are also considered, with certificate equivalency assessed prior to admission.

Upon submission of all required documents and fees, candidates with third-class degrees will be invited for an interview, conducted either in-person or virtually.
What is the Cost?
Tuition for nationals for the 2025 academic year is GH₵ 20,000.00, and for international students, it is US$ 6,000, with a US$ 2,000 discount for international Heritage alumni. Payment is structured as 50% upon admission, 25% after completing four courses, and 25% after eight courses, with no general scholarships available.
Is the Programme Online?:
Students are required to attend in-person sessions on campus at least one Saturday per module, with each module spanning three weeks/weekends in a month. Other sessions are offered in a hybrid format, allowing participation on campus or online, with the fourth weekend designated for exams and the final module requiring in-person attendance for the last weekend.
