Heritage Christian University celebrated its 2025 SRC Week from March 31 to April 6, featuring a series of engaging events aimed at fostering unity, promoting student welfare, and showcasing talent.
Launch Ceremony and Bonfire Night
March 31, 2025: The week commenced with a morning launch ceremony, followed by an evening bonfire that united staff and students to promote unity.
Entrepreneurship Exhibition, Games & Traditional Night
April 1, 2025: The day featured an Entrepreneurship Exhibition and inter-university games, concluding with a Traditional/Old School Night.
Blood Donation, Cooking Competition & Jersey Night
April 2, 2025: Activities included a blood donation drive, a cooking competition, and various games, with the evening dedicated to a “Rep Your Jersey/Old School Attire” event.
Excursion to Wli Waterfalls and Mountain Afadjato
April 3, 2025: An excursion trip to Wli Waterfalls and mountain Afadjato was organized as part of the celebration.
SRC Float, Indoor Games & Artiste Night
April 4, 2025: The day began with a float led by the SRC and the University Admissions Office, followed by indoor games. The evening featured an Artiste Night with performances by Cina Soul and other top entertainers.
Dinner and Awards Night
April 5, 2025: A Dinner and Awards Night honored executives and was attended by students, faculty, staff, and a special guest, the Member of Parliament for the Amasaman Constituency.
Thanksgiving Service
April 6, 2025: The week concluded with a Thanksgiving Service, reflecting on the successful events.
