Benjamin Akonnor Awuah is a proud alumnus of Heritage Christian University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) with First-Class Honors in 2020. His passion for academic excellence led him to pursue a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation at Heritage Christian University.
Dedicated to continuous professional growth, Benjamin is in the final level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and holds a Google Certification in Data Analytics. Looking ahead, he aspires to obtain further professional certifications, including:
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
- CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)
- CITG (Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana)
- IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors)
His deep interest in research and academia also fuels his ambition to pursue an MPhil and PhD, with the goal of contributing meaningfully to knowledge in audit, taxation, entrepreneurship, and accounting information systems.
Professional Journey
Benjamin’s career journey reflects his hard work, resilience, and passion for excellence. Even before completing his undergraduate degree, he worked as an Accounts Officer at Rhovanni Royal Limited, later completing his National Service in the company’s Accounts and Finance Department. His diligence earned him a promotion to Junior Accountant, where he worked for an additional two years.
Currently, he is an Auditor at AGEN Business Consult, a proficient accounting and audit firm based in the Mövenpick Emporium Building, Accra. His expertise spans financial auditing, compliance, taxation, and business advisory.
Entrepreneurship & Business Leadership
Beyond corporate finance, Benjamin is a visionary entrepreneur. He is the Managing Director of BMB Event Hub & Logistics LTD, a company specializing in:
- Sound and Lighting Solutions
- Multimedia (Photography & Videography)
- Stage Setup
- Ushering Services
BMB Event Hub & Logistics was funded by Heritage Christian University, a testament to the institutions’ dedication to nurturing entrepreneurs.
Additionally, he founded CB6 Project Consult, a consultancy firm that provides:

- Transcribing and Content Writing
- Business Plans & Content Analysis

Benjamin is deeply committed to social impact and believes in using his success to uplift others. As the Executive Director of Prime Aid Foundation (PAF-GHANA), he leads initiatives focused on:
