The Master of Science in Human Resource Management programme is intended to train and produce graduates with advance knowledge and skills that enable them to lead or undertake managerial and leadership responsibilities in accounting and finance field.

AIMS OF THE MSC HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME
The programme focuses on advance training of graduates with the relevant skills and knowledge for top level responsibilities in organisations in the field of accounting and finance.
It also aims to produce graduates that have managerial knowledge and skills to be effective in the delivery of accounting and finance functions.
STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES
i. Graduates are expected to exhibit a high level of professionalism, entrepreneurial abilities, global mindset, and understanding of the leadership role of Accounting and Finance in shaping the future of organizations.
ii. Graduates are expected to be equipped with the essential accounting and finance capabilities, including critical analysis, research and advanced numeracy.
iii. Graduates also qualify to pursue higher education in varying field related to accounting
and or Finance.
